James J. Buldas |
BiographyAn Associate Attorney of Asperger Associates LLC, whose practice covers a variety of areas involving complex and multiparty litigation including negligence, breach of contract, commercial disputes, fire litigation, insurance coverage disputes, subrogation and fraud. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Buldas earned his B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 2005, where he graduated early from his program to accept a clerking position at a local prominent law firm. Mr. Buldas received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2009, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List for his academic honors. While enrolled in his law program, Mr. Buldas had the opportunity to develop his expertise in civil litigation through numerous clerking opportunities. He brought his near four years of civil litigation experience to Asperger Associates where he initially joined the firm in 2008 as a law clerk. Mr. Buldas is a member of the Illinois State Bar and the Federal Bar of the Northern District of Illinois. He is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. He also is active in pro bono work in the Northern District of Illinois.
